Refund policy

I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact me at hello@cutematter.com.

If your return is accepted, I'll send you a return shipping label, in which the amount will be deducted from your refund amount. The original shipping you paid when you first ordered will also not be refunded to you. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Damages and issues

If there are any issues with the pins in your order that go beyond my grading policy, please contact me to go about receiving a replacement. Please make sure to include your order # and any applicable photographs to help me identify the issue.

If you have received an incomplete or wrong order, please contact me with your order # and a description of the issue as well as a photo of what you received. You have up to 14 calendar days to reach out to me regarding an issue with your purchase, from delivery date.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Please note cutematter is currently not offering sales to the EU. 
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
